3M Trizact Hookit Foam Sheets bring the power of the unmatched Trizact Hookit Foam Discs to a hand sanding blocks and straightline orbital sanders. 8000-grade 3M Trizact Hookit Foam Sheets are the world's only eight-thousand-grade paint finishing abrasive sheets. The super-fine sheets can help technicians eliminate compounding, while spending less time polishing by refining the previous sand scratches allowing them to achieve the finest finish available. 3M Trizact abrasives are built with patented three-dimensional mineral abrasive structures which are uniformly distributed across the disc surface. They wear evenly, delivering consistent finishes, longer disc life and reduced material costs. No compounding means less risk of swirl marks and curly Qs – plus less mess to clean up. The discs' foam backing helps them conform to uneven surfaces. Sheets are backed by sturdy but flexible foam that provides support, conformability and consistent contact with the surface. In specific situations, operators can even eliminate the compounding step in paint finishing, saving extra time and material costs.
